At this moment in time, we only ship within the United Kingdom.
How much is delivery?
We offer FREE Shipping within the United Kingdom. For items delivered to the UK, we use Royal Mail 48hr service.
Delivery dates are only estimates and Biolife Nutrition does not guarantee delivery within any such time and shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or performance.
Refunds & Returns
Unused and Unwanted items
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 14 days have gone by since your product was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To start a return, you can contact us at [ firstname.lastname@example.org ]. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that our 14 Return Policy applies as a full refund (minus any shipping and packaging costs incurred by Biolife Nutrition). If you have recieved a complimentary item with your order, that will also need to be returned in the same condition that you recieved it, unused and in its original packaging. If the complimentary item is not returned, not in its original packaging or has been used, the RRP (recommended retail price) of the item will be deducted from the total order value on return of your order.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note that our 30 Day Money Back Return Policy applies as a full refund (minus any shipping and packaging costs incurred by Biolife Nutrition) within 30 days for all first time purchasers of an initial order of product, or final order of a subscription. It does not apply to an individual's additional product orders placed after an initial order. Limit one (1) guarantee per product, per household.

- Contact our customer support centre at [ email@example.com ], you must provide your full name, address and order number
- After contacting customer service, a pre-addressed label will be sent to your email address on file. Please check your spam and junk folders. The label will contain the return address to ensure proper handling. Simply tape it to the top of your return package. Important: Return postage is the responsibility of the customer and we recommend using tracked and signed delivery to avoid any delays.
- Return the empty and unused portion of your product. If you have recieved a complimentary item with your order, that will also need to be returned in the same condition that you recieved it, unused and in its original packaging. If the complimentary item is not returned, not in its original packaging or has been used, the RRP (recommended retail price) of the item will be deducted from the total order value on return of your order.
- All packages returned, refused, or undelivered will be refunded the cost of the product minus shipping fees incurred by Biolife Nutrition for the refusal of the package.
- Returns must be received in our offices within 30 days from billing date.
- Used/Empty product containers may only be returned if adequate time has elapsed to consume the product as directed on the label. For example, we will not accept a one-month supply of empty product containers after only one or two weeks.
- All refunds will be processed to the original form of payment once the package is received. Please allow up to 72 hours for your financial institution to process the refund and 7 days for the delivery of checks.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
