A subscription is the best way to experience all of our great products! As a subscription customer, all products are available at a discounted price and delivered directly to your door for FREE.
You may need to skip your next subscription order. This is useful if you have a lot of product currently or will be away on the next delivery date. Within your Customer Portal, you can skip and un-skip any upcoming orders.

Please log into your account/customer portal, click Manage Subscription. Once logged in, click on Delivery schedule in the left-hand menu to see all upcoming deliveries for your subscriptions. To skip a delivery, [click on "Edit" next to the active subscription you want to skip. Then click "Skip", done!] you can click Skip to the right of each order you would like to skip. Similarly, to unskip a delivery, you would click Unskip next to the order.

In order to cancel your subscription, you will first need to log in to your account. Within the Subscriptions tab, click on the Actions button found next to the subscription you want to cancel and then select Cancel from the dropdown menu. On the following page, you will be prompted to enter a cancellation reason. Select the reason and then click 'Cancel My SubscriptioN', you should receive an email confirmation.

Yes! Just follow these steps:

Please log into your account. Click on Manage Subscription, then click on the Billing Information tab. In the billing section, you'll find the current method of payment along with the current billing address. To update your credit card, please click on "Card on File" and enter your new payment information.

Note: If you signed up using Paypal and want to change your payment method in Paypal, you need to cancel the subscription and start a new subscription via the checkout. This is due to Paypal requiring a new billing agreement for any changes made.
Once logged in, click on **Subscriptions** and click **Edit** to the right of the address. This only affects the shipping/delivery address, this does not update billing information related to the method of payment. You will be taken to a page where you can modify your shipping address fields.

CAUTION! Please do not not update the default shipping address section in the Account Dashboard, this will not update your subscription shipping address. To edit your subscription shipping address for future subscription orders, please click on Manage Subscriptions.
